our story
Rainbow Juices is a natural expansion of our love for delicious, living foods & our passion to educate & serve. Our cold-pressed journey began in 2011 in our home kitchen where we created special juice blends for friends & family. We quickly realized Long Beach was thirsty for living food! Rainbow Juices officially launched in 2012, available in over 20 Long Beach locations in year one! With all this love & support, we opened Rainbow Juices in DTLB in 2015. Since then, we have dedicated our research, recipes & energy to helping others find health & balance in their lives through juice, cleansing, & raw food.
In 2017, following our vision (& hearts) we created the first ever raw food cafe in Long Beach, Under the Sun. Located right next door to Rainbow Juices, Under the Sun is a natural expansion of juice cleansing & clean living. From our raw food, juice, & tonic offerings to our curated marketplace & community events, we love to encourage & inspire our community to live a balanced, healthy, happy life.
Dawna & Chrissy are an adventurous, active, crafty couple living in Long Beach with their beautiful daughter, Isis. They are grateful to contribute to the health & wellness of the fine folks of Long Beach, one juice at a time.

SUSTAINABILITY - A QUALITY WE MUST LIVE BY Conscious choices are essential for the health of our bodies & our planet. Using produce from local farms supports sustainable agriculture & reduces fuel used in shipping. We use reusable glass jars - ask about our jar return credit! We share pulp with urban garden projects & backyard gardeners for compost. Our juices help make the people of our city thrive. What’s left over, in turn, helps make our gardens grow over and over again. Please contact us if you would like to pick up organic compost material for your garden project.
